As the first installment in our TruAmericana short film series for TruGreen, we took cameras behind the gates of Churchill Downs to explore the meticulous craft of turf management that makes the Kentucky Derby one of the most visually iconic sporting events in the world. The film showcases TruGreen’s partnership with the legendary venue and the expert care that goes into every blade of grass before hooves ever hit the track.

From development through delivery, we handled every aspect of production — direction, cinematography, and producing — along with full post-production including editing, sound design, and color grading.
